Outlook 365. Will not open inbox or any PST files. Says there is an error, but doesn’t tell you what! Unable to debug. No support. Such a pity.

Boyta, OK I found what the problem is. It only works with the old 32-bit Outlook, not 64-bit. It says so in the product description, but I missed it.
